We deliver in 1-3 business days throughout Romania. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number immediately after shipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the package. Products must be unused, in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
